Handshake Tutorial: How to Post an Internship

This video is created for entry level HR employees to learn the role that Handshake.com plays as a recruitment platform for companies to recruit college student talent. Handshake is one of the most widely used applications for college students to search for and apply to jobs. In the video, I show users how to post a position but also dedicate time to explaining how to properly write up a job description for your posting. I encourage my users to use my helpful tips as well as comment on the video my channel to share any tricks they may have as knowledge for me to gain! As Wolf describes, “exposure to novelty is not only important for new knowledge acquisition, but can also be instrumental in shaping the self- ‘reading’ or watching media involves active processes of interpretation and imagination” (Wolf 2016).
